The Concept is essentially simple .The data base of the entire vehicle as available with the Road Transport Authority is the data base.
Using Internet and Mobile Phone services the suspect / target vehicle information is transmitted to the data base which provides the entire history as a view data on the screen of a hand held device by control authority personnel
