Scitech Park uses Information and Communication Technology to bring about vast  changes to business processes of Urban Local bodies and Public Sector Enterprises and Corporations This is reflected in its e - transformation initiatives. We believe that transformation is about impacting the stakeholders - changing the means by which one provides service, and communicate with them.

Being in business today implies supplying stakeholders with the technology and information. They need not only to do business with the Park, but Park  can help them help run their businesses better with the participation of IT at every juncture, including an increased involvement of IT in business process decision-making, on the one hand, and in the very culture that defines the Urban Local Body; the increased speed at which decisions are made, about new services, new policies, and new technology implementations; and people across all departments as a group with a willingness to engage and act on new ideas and new realities.
